Last updated: January 2026. Larkspur Giving Circle ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you donate, volunteer, or contact us — and what we never do with it.

What we collect

When you give or sign up, we collect your name, email address, and gift details so we can receipt your donation, send field reports, and reply to messages. Website visits are measured with privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics — no cross-site tracking.

How we use it

Your details are used only to process gifts, coordinate volunteering, and share program updates you asked for. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we never share donor lists with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Card and bank details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the amount, date, and designation of each gift for accounting and receipts.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@larkspurgiving.org. Unsubscribe links appear in every email, and unsubscribing never affects your gift history or receipts.
