From first letters to first paychecks.
Our education program follows a child all the way: learning circles for early readers, stocked classrooms for primary pupils, scholarships for secondary students, and paid apprenticeships for school-leavers.
Teachers are hired locally and trained continuously. Parents sit on every school committee — because a classroom thrives when the whole village owns it.
